NUVORA GOLD SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Nuvora Gold. Every order is personally handcrafted, packaged, and shipped by our founder Nikki from Woodbridge, Virginia.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Because every product is handcrafted in small batches, please allow the full processing window for your order to be prepared with care. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES
Orders under $35.00 — $2.99 flat rate shipping
Orders $35.00 and over — FREE standard shipping
All orders ship via USPS from Woodbridge, Virginia.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimated by USPS and are not guaranteed. Nuvora Gold is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the Shop app.
PACKAGING
Every Nuvora Gold order arrives in a signature matte black box with gold and black crinkle paper. We believe the luxury experience starts before you even open it.
HEAT-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Our Whip Body Butter is heat sensitive and may soften or melt in temperatures above 80°F. During warmer months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping if available. If your body butter arrives melted during transit, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then stir gently with a spoon or fork to restore its whipped texture. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nuvora@www.nuvoraconsultingllc.tech with photos of the damage. We will make it right. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we will work with USPS to locate your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Nuvora Gold currently ships within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
